Invoicing
We offer items through our Facebook page and our website. Items ordered through the website require payment at time of purchase. When ordering through our Facebook page, you will comment on the post the item style, size, email, and pickup or ship. An invoice will be sent to you and it is required to be paid in no more than 24 hours. Your comment is your commitment to pay!
Shipping
Preorders are made to order and have varying turnaround times. We will always post an ETA and keep you updated on any changes. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping delays from the manufacturer.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect fit, sizing, or if you no longer want the product. Refunds will only be issued due to an error on our behalf.
Photo Consent
If you wish to share photos of any products purchased from Doodlebug Children’s Boutique, that comes with automatic consent for us at DCB to use the for advertisement purposes.
